What You Need To Know

Reservations are required for all virtual classes. If your schedule changes, cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance to avoid a late charge.

Payment is due upon reservation through my online booking system. All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.

All single class purchases expire in 90 days. If you are unable to use your single class purchase before the 90 day mark, you will lose the amount paid. All membership purchases are charged on a monthly basis until you log into your account and cancel.

When attending a virtual class, please login at least 5 minutes before to avoid technical issues. Clients that are more than 5 minutes late to a virtual class will not be permitted to participate and forfeit their spot.

If you're experiencing any injuries, medical conditions or changes in health, get in touch with me at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled virtual class. Clients with serious medical conditions may not be eligible for virtual classes.
