At Adapt Fitness, I take your health history and life experiences into consideration. Muscles are organs that attach to our bones and move our bodies through space. When lifelong health is the goal, it's important to know how they work, what they need, and how to maintain them throughout life’s setbacks and progressions.

Origin
Back in 2012, I opened a small health and wellness studio in Arcata, CA. Missing family and friends, I moved myself and my business to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2014 to set roots down for the long haul. Because there's no where else I'd rather be.
